From 1 January 2026, the government will introduce VAT on dance classes for people aged 30 and over.
With the introduction of VAT comes a registration requirement, meaning that we as a company must be able to document whether you, as a customer are over or under 30 years of age. As part of this documentation/registration, we are required to collect your address and age. (We will ask for your age when you attend your first class.)
The personal information is registered with NON STOP BACHATA – Copenhagen, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
